1		Terms & Conditions
		These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on our Website. They do not affect your statutory rights. You need to read them carefully. We may decide to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they go live on our Website.
2		Prices
	a)	Although we make every effort to ensure that prices shown on our site are correct we make the occasional error meaning that items are not showing the correct price. If we find such errors we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund of your money or continue with the order at the correct price. We are not obliged to supply any items at the incorrect price.
	b)	If we suspect that prices have been changed or manipulated by anyone using the site by altering how the shopping cart works or hacking into program code or databases then these orders will be immediately cancelled.
3		Ordering & Payment
	a)	We will make every effort to despatch your items to you within days of receiving it but please allow up to 28 days for delivery in cases where we may be waiting for orders with our suppliers to arrive. Any delays longer than this period will be notified to you giving you the option of cancelling the order or waiting until it is ready.
	b)	All orders made by you through our Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances
	c)	Payment is made via Paypal, who use secure encryption methods to take your financial details. We do not see or use any of your credit/debit card details and only receive your delivery address and a contact email back from Paypal. We are not responsible for any card charges or financial problems you may encounter on paying for items on our site as we have no involvement in this part of the process, this sits outside the scope of our website.
	d)	If we acknowledge receipt of an order placed by you this does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. Your order is accepted and a contract takes place between us only when we despatch your items, unless we have cancelled your order.
4		Withdrawal of Goods from Website
	a)	We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time.
	b)	We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any goods from the Website.
5		Delivery & Terms
	a)	We are only able to deliver framed/glazed items to addresses in the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. All orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have registered in Paypal unless you contact us before despatch.
	b)	Any item lost or damaged in transit should be notified to us immediately. We will always retain a proof of postage. For items lost in transit you need to contact your local sorting office first to determine if it is being held there for your collection. If an item is not at your local sorting office you MUST pass on to us the sorting office address and the name of the person you speak to in order that we can instigate a claim on your behalf. We are not obliged to send replacement items lost in transit, but may decide to do so as an act of goodwill. We will make every effort to pursue claims on your behalf once you notify us as described above but can not guarantee a successful outcome.
	c)	Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you.
	d)	Orders can not be cancelled once they have been despatched
	e)	Should you find fault with any item on receipt please contact us immediately. Any delay may mean we are not able to replace the item.
6		Severance
		Each provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the validity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.
7		Law
		These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
8		Security & Privacy
	a)	We only hold your name & delivery address details, along with the details of your order. We do not share this information with anyone else unless they are despatching items on our behalf.
	b)	We may, from time to time send you emails of similar products you may be interested in. If you do not want to receive these emails please let us know and we will remove you from the list immediately.
	c)	Your credit card information is unknown to us. All payment details are held by Paypal ONLY and are securely encrypted. If you receive any alerts about security certificates being invalid then this is completely outside the scope of our website. We advise you not to proceed and to update your internet browser program before trying again. We are not responsible for the security of your credit card or financial details.
